Definitions
2.1. Account: Personal profile created and managed by the User on the Website.
2.2. Applicable Law: Nigerian laws governing all disputes between the User and the Company under these Terms.
2.3. Claim: Receiving a prize or winnings through an online wallet.
2.4. Draw: A game where results are determined by a draw.
2.5. Power Play Gaming Limited (referred to as "Company", "we", or "us"): A company incorporated under Nigerian law offering lottery services through the Website.
2.6. Game: Any lottery game offered and conducted on the Website as part of our services.
2.7. Game History: Record of games played by the User on their Account.
2.8. Lottery Rules: Additional guidelines applicable to games on the Website, including rules, costs, gameplay, prize structure, and other relevant details.
2.9. Lottery Services: All lottery and gambling services provided by the Company through the lottery software.
2.10. Lottery Software: Software developed by the Company specifically for providing lottery services.
2.11. Lottery System: Computer systems used by or on behalf of the Company to provide lottery services.
2.12. Prize: Award given to a User for winning a game.
2.13. Registration: Process of creating an Account on the Website.
2.14. Subscription: Purchase of additional services from the Company on a recurring basis for a specified amount.
2.15. Ticket: Entry method for participating in a game.
2.16. Transaction History: Record of financial transactions made from the User's account.
2.17. User (also referred to as "Player", "you", or "your"): Account holder on the Website that has not been closed, suspended, or terminated.
2.18. Wallet: Secure electronic store for funds deposited or winnings associated with the User's Account.
2.19. Website: Website owned and operated by the Company.
2.20. Withdrawal: Process of transferring funds from the User's account balance.
Account Registration
3.1. To play games or purchase tickets on our Website, you must first create a personal account ("Account").
3.2. Each user is permitted to register only one Account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
3.3. You are eligible to register only if you:
- Are of legal age and fully capable of entering into binding agreements;
- Are not restricted from using such services under Nigerian law or any other Applicable Law;
- Are not a citizen or permanent resident of a country listed as a high-risk jurisdiction by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
- Are located in Enugu State, Nigeria
3.4. To register, you must complete our online Registration process and provide accurate personal details, including:
- Full name;
- Date of birth and gender;
- Valid email address and mobile number;
- Residential address (including country, state, city, and postal code);
- Time zone.
3.5. We may request additional documents or information to confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements at any time during or after the registration process.
3.6. The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
3.7. If you no longer meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.3, you must stop using your Account. The Company may suspend or close your Account without prior notice in such cases.
3.8. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
3.9. You are not allowed to create an Account on behalf of another person or provide false identity details.
Account Usage
4.1. Your Account is for personal use only and must not be shared with others.
4.2. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and securing access to your Account.
4.3. If you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach involving your Account, you must notify us immediately.
4.4. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the email address provided during registration.
4.5. You are responsible for keeping all Account information accurate and up to date. This includes the personal details listed in Section 3.4, which you can update through your Account settings.
4.6. To deposit funds into your Account, you must provide valid and accurate payment information.
4.7. You may purchase Subscriptions through the Website. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any Subscription plans. If a Subscription is changed or cancelled and the service is not delivered as expected, any affected payments will be refunded.
User Conduct
5.1. By using the Website, you agree to act responsibly and legally. You must not:
- Violate these Terms or any applicable local, national, or international laws;
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other Accounts, or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers, or networks;
- Share your Account or login credentials, or use someone else’s Account;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5.2. In addition, you agree to:
- Use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- Participate in games in accordance with these Terms, the Lottery Rules, and all applicable laws;
- Maintain the security of your Account and password.
- Keep your Account information current.
Funds, Spending Limits, and Withdrawals
6.1. To purchase tickets on the Website, you must first deposit funds into your Account.
6.2. Tickets can only be purchased using the available balance in your Account or through physical retail outlets.
6.3. The Company may set minimum and maximum deposit limits for Accounts.
6.4. The Company may also impose limits on how often you can play certain games within a specified time period.

6.7. Prizes requiring an appointment must be claimed within 21 days from the date of winning.
If the claim process has been started within this period but is not completed, you have 7 additional days to finish the process. Unclaimed funds after this period will be forfeited.
6.8. You are fully responsible for claiming and withdrawing your prizes.
6.9. Withdrawals require verified bank account details and completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, including a valid ID and utility bill.
6.10. The Company reserves the right to cancel any transactions resulting from payment errors. Cancelled transactions will be reversed, and both parties will be restored to their original positions.
7. Account Inactivity
7.1. Funds in your Account will remain available for 1,095 days (3 years) from your last login.
7.2. If there is no login activity for 1,095 days, any remaining balance will be forfeited. The Company will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided in your Account before doing so.
8. Account Termination, Suspension, and Closure
8.1. You may request permanent closure of your Account by contacting us at Info@powerplaygaming.ng
8.2. If you violate these Terms or no longer meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.3, the Company may suspend your Account.
During suspension, you will not be able to participate in any games.
You will be notified of the suspension and given 7 days to resolve the issue. If unresolved, the Account may be permanently closed.
8.3. If your Account is closed, you may still withdraw any remaining balance within 1,095 days of closure. The Company will attempt to contact you during this period. After 1,095 days, any unclaimed funds will be forfeited
9. Lottery Services
9.1. The Company provides Lottery Services under a license issued by the Enugu State Gaming Commission
9.2. The Company reserves the right to refuse any person’s participation in Lottery Services or the purchase of Tickets.
The Company may suspend or withdraw any Game at its discretion. If a Draw is cancelled, your Ticket payment for that Draw will be refunded directly to your Account. No interest is payable on such refunds.
9.3. A Ticket is only valid once it is registered in the Company’s Lottery Central System. If there is any discrepancy between information at physical stores and the data in the Lottery Central System, the Lottery Central System data will prevail.
9.4. Tickets can be purchased up to 60 minutes before the scheduled Draw.
The Company may announce a closing date for any Game at any time, after which no further Tickets will be sold for that Game.
9.5. The Company may occasionally offer free Tickets, subject to the conditions it publishes.
9.6. The Company is solely responsible for validating all Prizes using the Lottery Central System or any other applicable systems.
9.7. A Ticket will be declared invalid if:
- You or someone else has attempted to gain an unfair advantage or increase the chance of winning a Prize in violation of the Lottery Rules.
- The Ticket is counterfeit or forged in any way.
- The Ticket details do not match the Company’s official records.
- The Ticket was purchased by or on behalf of someone who does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.3.
9.8. A Ticket may also be declared invalid if:
- The person claiming the Prize is not the registered holder of the relevant Account.
- The Ticket was not issued or sold by the Company.
- The claimant’s information is incomplete, altered, or appears tampered with.
- The Ticket is defective in any way.
9.9. The right to a Prize is not transferable.
9.10. The Company is not responsible for any loss if a Prize is paid to someone who fraudulently assumed your identity.
9.11. No interest is payable on any Prize, including during verification checks, disputes, or periods of unclaimed winnings.
9.12. If you have a legal, physical, or other disability, the Prize may be paid to your authorised representative. The Company may request proof of this authorisation.
9.13. The Company determines the time, frequency, date, and method of Draws.
- If a Draw is interrupted (e.g., due to equipment failure), it will be completed according to the applicable draw procedures.
- If a Draw cannot take place as scheduled, it will be conducted as soon as reasonably possible.
- If a Draw is declared invalid, another Draw will be conducted in accordance with the applicable procedures.
- Only results stored in the Lottery Central System are considered valid. The Company may refuse payment for incorrectly announced results.
10. Content
10.1. The Company may display various types of content on the Website, including text, images, videos, and audio files (collectively referred to as “Content”).
10.2. The Company may update or modify the Content at any time and is not liable for any resulting changes.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content and components of the Website, including content on the Company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn), are the property of the Company.
11.2. All Website materials and Content are protected by applicable copyrights, trademarks, and trade secret laws.
11.3. The Lottery Software used by the Company is the intellectual property of Power Play Gaming Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria.
11.4. All Website Content is provided solely for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website or its technology without prior written consent from the Company.
11.5. Any violation of the intellectual property rights of the Company or Power Play Gaming Ltd is strictly prohibited.

13. Liability of the Parties
13.1. The Company and the User are liable for any non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under these Terms, as determined by applicable law, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
13.2. The Company reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing, if such actions involve funds attempted to be deposited under Section 6.1.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
14.1. The Website, its Content, and Lottery Services are provided “as is”, without warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any specific purpose.
14.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance and a waiver of any claims against the Company.
14.3. Limitation of Liability:
- Inaccuracies or errors on the Website or linked sites
- Interruptions in service
- Unauthorized access or data breaches
- Viruses or malware
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
14.4. The Company is not responsible for any loss arising from the withdrawal of a Game or your participation (or non-participation) in any Game.
14.5. All services and information on the Website are provided without any warranty.
14.6. The Company operates independently and is not sponsored or endorsed by any third parties, including but not limited to Apple, Google, or any platforms used to promote Lottery Services.
Force Majeure
15.1. If a Party is unable to fulfil its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control (commonly referred to as force majeure), the period for fulfilling those obligations will be extended for the duration of the force majeure event.
15.2. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: wars, military conflicts, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters, changes in laws or regulations by government authorities, power outages, failures in communication systems, or any other similar circumstances that prevent the Parties from fulfilling their obligations.
15.3. A Party affected by a force majeure event must notify the other Party in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the event, including evidence of its occurrence and estimated duration. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the right to rely on force majeure as a justification for non-performance.
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
16.1. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
16.2. Any personal data you provide to the Company, as well as any information collected during your use of the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16.3. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and can be accessed via the dedicated link on the Website.
16.4. If you win a Prize, and where required by law, the Company may disclose details of the Prize to relevant third parties.
16.5. You may access your Game History and Transaction History for the full duration of your Account's validity.
16.6. The Company reserves the right to request additional information when you claim a Prize to verify your identity or eligibility.
Discretion
17.1. The Company’s decisions, when reasonably made in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws, shall be final and binding.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1. These Terms and your relationship with the Company shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
18.2. The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation.
18.3. For the purpose of resolving disputes, email correspondence with the Company via Info@powerplaygaming.ng will be considered an effective and binding method of communication.
18.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, either Party may submit the matter to the courts of Nigeria for resolution.
Self-Exclusion Policy
At PPG, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help our users stay in control of their play. If at any time you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we offer a self-exclusion option to help you take a break.
19.1. How Self-Exclusion Works
Users who wish to self-exclude can request to temporarily or permanently suspend their account. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any games on our platform.

Final Provisions
