3. Account Registration
3.1. You must create an Account before purchasing tickets.
3.2. Only one Account per user is permitted.
3.3. You are eligible only if you:
- Are of legal age;
- Are not restricted under Nigerian law;
- Are located in Enugu State.
3.4. You must provide accurate information including full name, date of birth, valid email, mobile number, and residential address.
6. Funds, Spending Limits, and Withdrawals
6.1. Tickets can only be purchased using available Account balance.

9. Lottery Services
The Company provides Lottery Services under a license issued by the Enugu State Gaming Commission.
Tickets can be purchased up to 60 minutes before the scheduled Draw.
18. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Disputes should first be resolved via email at help@powerlotto.ng.
19. Self-Exclusion Policy
